We had a great time staying near some lovely gardens 🌳 and the beach. The staff here were super friendly and really looked after us - big thanks to them! It was so convenient to get to the beach from where we were staying.

The location was perfect and magnificent, easy to get to the beach. It was close to the garden and a lovely quiet area. Our room was immaculately clean with thoughtful touches such as orange juice in the fridge and coffees. The availability of a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets was great. the experience was very lovely.

Thank you for really lovely stay for our next visit up north and adjacent to South Shields as well as the beach. The host, Harvey, makes you feel at home. Location is magnificent, 5 minutes drive to The Eye. Not to mention that it is located on a quiet street.

The hosts were attentive and ensured that I had a reserved parking space. The room even had a large TV with Netflix for entertainment. The attention to detail was impeccable, and I felt like all my needs were taken care of. The location was perfect, allowing me to come and go as I pleased with its own front door. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this area.

Marie was an excellent host, providing us with plenty of amenities such as tea, coffee, milk, and even a box of chocolates. The room was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with a comfortable bed, decent shower, and kitchen facilities. We loved the added touch of fresh flowers and the option to use the owners' garden. The location was perfect with easy access and ample parking. We truly felt at home away from home. Can't wait to come back!

The rooms are reasonably priced and impeccably clean. Amenities like a refrigerator, electric kettle, and microwave oven are provided for convenience.- The location is peaceful and close to a lovely, quiet area and garden.- The host made me feel at home.

I did experience some noise disruptions during my stay. Being a light sleeper, I found it difficult to get a restful night's sleep.

I recently stayed at a lovely property and had a fantastic experience. Cauldwell Villas provided small touches like little chocolate bars in the mugs and milk in the fridge, which were absolutely fab. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well equipped, making it great value for money. I really appreciated the little extras, like having an iron and ironing board, as well as proper wine glasses instead of plastic ones. The owners were also obliging but not intrusive, which added to the overall positive experience. I would definitely stay at Cauldwell Villas again and highly recommend it to others.
